Professional Bio
Eugene P. Toy, M.D. is an Associate Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology at the University of Rochester. He is a graduate of the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine and completed his residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Rochester in 1999. He then received his subspecialty fellowship training in Gynecologic Oncology at Yale University and has been on the university faculty since 2002. He conducts basic science research on the cancer-causing proteins of the human papillomavirus in addition to his clinical work with ovarian cancer.
