Dr. Chengazi is an Associate Professor of Radiology and Chief, Division of Nuclear Medicine. He specializes in Nuclear Medicine and works in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Dr. Chengazi received a F. Sc. degree at the Pakisan Air Force Air Base Intermediate College, Sargodha, Pakistan in 1980 and a B.Sc in Anatomy, Physiology and English at the University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan in 1985. He attended King Edward Medical College, Lahore, Pakistan receiving a M.B., B.S. degree in 1987, ranking in the top 15% of his class. In 1990 he received a M.Sc. degree in Nuclear Medicine from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakastan and a Ph.D. in Nuclear Medicine in 1996 from the University of London, London, United Kingdom. He joined the University of Rochester as a Visiting Instructor and Research Fellow in Nuclear Medicine in 1997. In 1999 he was appointed Assistant Professor of Radiology, Chief, Division of Nuclear Medicine. His current research interests include monoclonal antibody therapy and quantitative tomography.
