Dr. Garringer provides cardiology services for patients in the Finger Lakes area of upstate New York through Finger Lakes Cardiology Associates, a practice owned by the University of Rochester Medical Center. Dr. Garringer's medical practice includes general cardiology care, cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and stent placement. He sees patients in the Finger Lakes Cardiology office in Clifton Springs and performs his cardiac catheterizations at Strong Memorial Hospital. He cares for hospitalized patients at Clifton Springs Hospital and Clinic and F.F. Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua.
Dr. Garringer earned his medical degree from Wayne State in Detroit. He served his residency in internal medicine at Michigan State University. He moved to Rochester to complete his Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology fellowships at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Garringer is on the faculty of the University of Rochester Medical Center. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology.
