Professional Bio
Dr. Vukman received his B.S. degree in Biological Sciences from Cornell University in 1973. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester School of Medicine where he received his M.D. degree in 1977. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Rochester Medical Center in 1980. He is Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Rochester and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. He is board certified in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Vukman's areas of professional interest include third world medicine. In addition, in his free time Dr. Vukman enjoys reading (ancient cultures, biology, classics, economics, and philosophy), gardening, tennis, swimming, cycling, mountain climbing, and architectural preservation.
