Professional Bio

Quantitative analysis methods, computing techniques and their biological applications have always been of the greatest passion in my work. Currently, a number of biological problems in immunology research interest me, including treatment and vaccination against HIV and influenza infection. To solve these important problems, I have been actively developing a variety of bioinformatics, modeling and data mining methodologies. In the field of computational biology, I specialize in systems immunology, structural bioinformatics and multi-scale complex networks; in the field of statistics, I specialized in parameter estimation of dynamic systems, image analysis, and data mining on manifold; and in the field of mathematical modeling, I specialize in differential equation, stochastic process and probabilistic model.
