Research Bio

Quantitative analysis methods, computing techniques and their biological applications have always been the greatest passion in my work. Currently, a number of biological problems in immunology research interest me, including HIV, NeuroAIDS and influenza. To solve these important problems, I and my colleagues have been actively developing a variety of mathematical and statistical methodologies. In the field of mathematical modeling, I specialize in differential equation, stochastic process, network model, and multiscale interacting particle system; in the field of statistics, I specialized in parameter estimation of dynamic systems, image analysis, and longitudinal/functional data analysis; in the field of computational biology, I specialize in high-performance computing, drug-protein interaction, and drug delivery.
