Professional Bio
Dr. Ozcan is an Associate Professor in Maternal Fetal Medicine. She completed her undergraduate training at Hacettepe University School of Medicine, Ankara, Turkey and finished her residency training in OB/GYN at Dr Zekai Tahir Burak Women's Health Education and Research Hospital, Ankara, Turkey. She had her fellowship training at Yale University School of Medicine and joined faculty in Maternal Fetal Medicine Division in 2003. Dr Ozcan is Director of the Special Care Outpatient Resident Clinic and the Director of Obstetric and Gynecological Ultrasound Laboratory. She is the Principal Investigator for the North American Fetal Therapy network (NAFTNet ) for University of Rochester.
