Professional Bio
Upon receiving his medical degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College in Belgaum, India, Dr. Bansal completed a rotating internship in Medicine, Surgery, Ob/Gyn and Preventive Medicine in Safdarjung Hospital in New Delhi, India. He also completed his Surgery residency at the K.M. School of Medicine and Research in Ahmedabad, India, and was the Chief Resident of Surgery at Batra Hospital and Medical Research Center in New Delhi, India.
Upon his arrival in the United States in 2003, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Western Pennsylvania Hospital on the Temple University Clinical Campus in Pittsburgh, PA. Most recently, he has worked as a Hospitalist physician at Highland Hospital.
Dr. Bansal is board certified in Internal Medicine and holds a Master of General Surgery from Gujarat University in India.
