Research Bio

My research focuses on statistical modeling, analyzing and computing of high-dimensional data, in particular time course or functional data. I have been working on the development of novel statistical methodology and computing programs for high-throughput bioinformatics data, including differential gene expression analysis, clustering analysis, variable selection and network reconstruction, with an emphasis in virus infection studies.
