Awards

Three awards will be given for either oral or poster presentations by graduate and medical students, postdoctoral trainees and fellows, young investigators (undergraduate students, technicians, etc.) or junior faculty members (not more than three years out of a postdoctoral fellowship).

More than one abstract can be submitted from a lab, but only one will be eligible for the Gordon K. Moe Young Investigator Award. A panel of judges will select the three finalists. The Gordon K. Moe Young Investigators will receive a plaque and a $1,000 check to cover the costs of attendance to a scientific meeting.

If you plan to present a poster or oral presentation, please e-mail your abstract (limit to one page) in .pdf format to Sandra Morgan (sandra_morgan@urmc.rochester.edu) by September 28 for preparation of the program.

The poster boards will be setup in the Atrium during registration and continental breakfast. The poster boards measure 60" x 40". Posters should be on display by the mid-morning break.
