The Action Program

The Action Program is for people with arthritis, fibromyalgia, and other musculoskeletal conditions.

An occupational therapist meets with you for two one-hour sessions to establish your current level of functioning, strength, joint range of motion, function, and self care. And to provide you with an individualized program to increase your abilities and prevent secondary losses due to your condition.

Set up an appointment and be ready to take action. Call (585) 341-9000 and ask for the Action Program.

We accept most insurances. HMO patients are required to have prior approval.

Directions

The Action Program is located within the Occupational Therapy office at the Strong Rehabilitation Center at Clinton Crossings, 4901 Lac de Ville Blvd, Building D. The program is located on the 2nd floor, Suite 250.
