A leader in using technology to make a difference in patients' lives, the University of Rochester Medical Center is proud to offer the Allscripts Patient Portal, an online patient service where you can safely and confidentially ask your doctor questions, request a non-urgent appointment, and request a copy of your lab and x-ray results.

The Allscripts Patient Portal has great features though there are a few services it does not provide at this time:

  • Please note you cannot directly access lab or test results by logging into the system (your reports are not stored on the patient portal).  To receive your reports you can send a message to your physician requesting a copy of your tests.  Your physician will send you a message back attaching your lab and/or test results, or your physician may just send you test results attached to a message they initiate.
  • At this time you are not able to upload any information.
