Dr. David Wang graduated from the National Taiwan University Medical College and studied Neurophysiology at University of California, Berkeley. He then entered into combined medical and pediatric residency and then neurology residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
Dr. David Wang has been serving as a member of the University of Rochester Faculty since 1977 and currently is an Associated Professor of Neurology and Pediatrics. His services include general pediatric neurology and with emphasis on pediatric epilepsy, especially at the utilization of video as a diagnostic tool for paroxysmal disorders.
In addition to an extensive clinical practice, Dr. David Wang is actively engaged in teaching medical students, residents and also delivers lectures overseas, both in Taiwan and Mainland China.
Dr. David Wang has been a local Principle Investigator for several drug studies pertaining to anti-seizure treatment in pediatric epilepsy.
Dr. David Wang is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and American Epilepsy Society.
