Evaluation of treatment and public health interventions on diseases and health behaviors .
Dr. Zhang's primary interests are evaluating the effects of treatment and public health interventions on diseases and health behaviors particularly among children and young adults. She presented her working papers in conferences including American Society of Health Economics, Western Economic Association, Association of Policy Analysis and Management, and Population Association of America. She received her Ph.D. in Public Policy with a concentration in health economics from Cornell University.
