Accreditations
- Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), Gold Seal of Approval
- Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF)
- Nursing Magnet Hospital, American Nurses Credentialing Center of the American Nurses Association
- Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), to the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry for its residency programs (earned an unprecedented six-year accreditation)
- Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), to the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry to provide continuing medical education for physicians
- National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC), to the University of Rochester School of Nursing, until 2009
- Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) for the Eastman Department of Dentistry’s advanced education programs at Eastman Dental Center (EDC)
- American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) accreditation for Strong Health’s Sleep Disorders Center
- Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CCAC) accreditation to The Highlands at Pittsford, the first and currently one of only three in New York State to be accredited.
- Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) accreditation
- College of American Pathologists Accreditation for Clinical Laboratories
