Directions to Monroe Community Hospital from all major routes are available by calling the Hospital's direction line at: (585) 760-6555.

Once you reach Monroe Community Hospital, turn into the Hospital campus, bear left and park in lot #2. Enter the building across from Lot #2, labeled "Patient Transport". Let the person at the desk behind the glass window (on the right) know that you have arrived.

Traveling from within Rochester or from the north:

Take 390 south to Exit 16B, East Henrietta Road (Rt 15A). Turn left onto East Henrietta Road. The main entrance to Monroe Community Hospital is on the left at the next stoplight.

Traveling from the east:

Take the NY State Thruway (Interstate 90 West) to Exit 46 (listed as the 390 exit). Follow 390 North to Exit 16, East Henrietta Road (Rt 15A). Turn right on East Henrietta Road. The main entrance to Monroe Community Hospital is on the left at the next stoplight.

Traveling from the west:

Take the NY State Thruway (Interstate 90 East) to Exit 46 (listed as the 390 exit). Follow 390 North to Exit 16, East Henrietta Road (Rt 15A). Turn right on East Henrietta Road. The main entrance to Monroe Community Hospital is on the left at the next stoplight.
