Research InterestsI am a postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Biodefense Immune Modeling (CBIM) in the Department of Biostatistics at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Currently, my research is focused on developing novel statistical methodologies for the estimation of parameters in ordinary differential equation (ODE) models. This research is motivated by our center's goal to develop effective, robust, and computationally efficient methods for parameter estimation of various infectious disease models. Apart from parameter estimation for ODE models, I am also interested in modeling of responses from complex computer models. In my spare time, I enjoy working out in gym, reading books, watching sports, and hanging out with friends. EducationB. Sc., Mathematics and Computing M. Sc., Mathematics and Computing Ph.
