Permission to participate in the conference can be given only by the MACH 2010 program director Tim Dye. Current MACH 2010 students who register for the conference are entitled to reimbursement or prepayment (in the case of some travel) of any expenses they incur as a result of (a) traveling to and from the conference, (b) any meals consumed during the conference, and (c) staying at the conference venue hotel (Hawthorn Suites Syracuse). The MACH 2010 staff would like to take this opportunity to remind all participants that, because we are a Federally funded project, we are unable to defray the costs of any alcoholic beverages purchased during your stay.
