Module Six : Evaluation

Please take a moment to answer the following 13 questions prior to beginning the next MACH 2010 module. We use the responses you give on module evaluations to gauge student satisfaction, select new topics for the Help Area, and continually improve the content of this and subsequent modules. The responses you submit are anonymous and used only for the purposes of program evaluation and promotion. Please note this evaluation is separate from that which you must complete to obtain CEU/CME credits.
