MACH 2010

Module Three : Lecture

The MACH 2010 lecture slides are currently available in two formats: Microsoft PowerPoint ('97 or newer) and Adobe Acrobat (4.0 or newer). You must have at least one of these pieces of software installed on your computer to view this module's lecture. Both versions have identical content and both can be viewed within your browser (providing you have the proper plug-ins) or downloaded for offline viewing or printing. A free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 can be downloaded by following the link at the bottom of this page.

Please Note: The presentations and materials on this page are for the educational use of MACH 2010 students only. Please do not copy or distribute MACH 2010 lectures, or any other course content, without the expressed written consent of the program director.

Browsing Lecture Slides:
To browse lecture slides within your web browser simply click the link to the lecture version you wish to view. The presentation should start automatically in your browser window (If asked whether you would like to OPEN or SAVE the linked presentation choose OPEN). Use the arrow keys, mouse, and Page Up / Page Down buttons to navigate through the lecture slides. To return to the course pages after having viewed a lecture click the HOME button (lower right corner on the PowerPoint version) or click the BACK button on your browser.

Downloading Lecture Slides:
To download any of the lectures listed above do the following. Right-click the link for the lecture version you wish to download (on a Mac simply click and hold the mouse button on the link). From the pop-up menu which appears select either "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As...". Name the file, choose a save destination, and click SAVE.

To view Adobe PDF files you must have Adobe Acrobat 4.0 or later installed.
