Usage Fees

Rental Fees are based on the actual space utilized for any given activity. The fee structure reflects the Medical Center’s out of pocket expenses, as well as certain administrative and fixed costs associated with the facilities.

• Internal University Reservations (more than 80% of attendees are Medical Center Affiliated) are NOT subject to any room rental fees.
• University Sponsored reservations (less than 80% of attendees are Medical Center Affiliated) are subject to discounted rental fees.
• External Use reservations are subject to full rental rates.
