Dr. Norante, who has been a member of the University of Rochester Medical Center's faculty since 1972, has practiced extensively in all areas of otolaryngology. His special interest is in the treatment of cancer of the head and neck.

Other areas of professional emphasis include general otolaryngology, laser surgery for snoring and sleep apnea, and endoscopic sinus surgery.

Dr. Norante is a graduate of Princeton University and Hahnemann Medical College, and completed his residency in otolaryngology at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He completed his fellowship training in head and neck surgery at the University of Iowa.
