A turnkey practice in central Delaware. The present owners do ambulatory medicine only, but hospital privilages are attainable in a local mid-sized hospital. Hospitalists are available in this hospital if hospitalization is not your choice. The practice is located in a mid-sized town, to which many retirees are moving, because of lower living costs and no sales tax. The town is one and a half hours from Philadelphia and two hours from Washington DC and Baltimore. The practice accepts Medicare, Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, Coventry, United Health and a few others.
