Benefits start on the first day of Orientation. Ask about benefits at all your interviews!

  • Four weeks of paid vacation
  • Up to 12 weeks total parental leave; 6-8 weeks paid maternity leave
  • Maternity/paternity elective available to help ease back into residency after childbirth or adoption (Ask about it here.)
  • Full health plan and dental coverage
  • Professional liability insurance, including TAIL coverage
  • Disability and life insurance
  • CME: $300 as PGY-1, then $500 as PGY-2/3; one week conference leave per year
  • Tuition waiver (UR): one course/semester; 50% tuition for spouses
