Research Overview

The Departments of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics have nationally recognized faculty researchers, and Med/Peds residents have full access to their skills and mentorship.

Most of our residents participate in the Internal Medicine's annual poster day, presenting a case in poster form for review by the URMC community. This project is mentored from start to finish and the winner is awarded with a trip to the American College of Physicians' (ACP) national poster competition.

Members of the Med/Peds faculty are active in educational research focused primarily on Med/Peds issues.
