Application ProcessApplication to Residency ProgramThe Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program selects the best qualified candidates regardless of sex, race, creed, color, national origin, handicap, or age. The selection process focuses on information supplied in the application package and a personal interview. The deadline for applications is October 15. The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology only accepts electronically submitted application packages through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Application material may be obtained through the Dean's office at your medical school. Our program deliberately seeks a diverse group of residents whose backgrounds and beliefs provide the richness of varied experiences. At the same time, we expect residents in our program to respect the autonomy and value systems of patients and colleagues. The OB-GYN Residency Program participates in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). Applications to the University of Rochester OB-GYN Residency Program will be accepted ONLY through the Association of American Medical College's Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).
