Please note that all interview offers are sent out via ERAS at one time. Also note that there are more offers are sent than interviews available. Typically 50-60 offers are sent out for 40 available interview openings. Interviews are scheduled based on a first response, first serve basis until all openings are filled. Anyone who responds after all interviews have been filled will be placed on a waiting list. Interview days are divided into morning and afternoon sessions. Morning interviews start promptly at 8am and generally last until noon. Afternoon interviews start at 1pm and conclude around 5pm. Interviews will occur at our Clinton Woods office located at 2365 South Clinton Avenue, Suite 200, Rochester, NY 14618. After each interview session there is an optional tour of the URMC campus with our residents that lasts about an hour. NOTE: Lunch is NOT provided for the afternoon session, however there will be refreshments available for both sessions. **Since there is a waiting list, it is critical that we have as much advance notice as possible if you cannot keep your interview day/time** Reception: A reception will be held on Saturday evening of each interview day for applicants to meet with our faculty and residents in an informal setting.
