Research Activities

Four months of dedicated research time is included in the third-year rotation. This research opportunity is expected to involve a basic science or translational research project. A number of projects are ongoing within the department for residents to become involved in. In addition, it is expected the research will result in a paper for national meeting presentation and publication.
