We are committed to diversifying the faculty and trainee groups of the Department of Pediatrics and to offering ongoing support to our minority professionals. We are committed to creating the Department of Pediatrics Diversity Committee as well as an External Advisory Committee to enhance the sharing of ideas and resources that are aligned with our goals and objectives.
