Off-Site Retreats

Residents participate in Fall and Spring retreats organized by the Chief Resident. These getaways enable residents to:

  • Spend time together as a group
  • Develop policy recommendations and program feedback to the Residency Curriculum Committee
  • Discuss educational and career opportunities

Weekly Lunch Conferences

Every Tuesday at noon, residents come together for a department-sponsored luncheon to discuss business, clinical, or personal development matters. They are joined twice a month by the Program Directors and Administrator, and quarterly by the Department Chair, Associate Chair for Academic Affairs, and Associate Chair for Clinical Services.

National Conferences

Funds are available to cover expenses for residents presenting at national conferences.
