Nuclear Medicine

Introduction

The Department of Imaging Sciences offers a two-year residency training program in nuclear medicine. Residents will be instructed in all facets of nuclear medicine, including PET and innovative radiotherapies. Upon completion of the program, residents are eligible and well-prepared for certification by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine. In the past, residents completing the Nuclear Medicine Training Program have successfully matched for further residency training in diagnostic radiology.
