SchedulesCall Schedule for ResidentsFirst-year residents take limited, rotating in-house call with an attending from 5-9 p.m. on weeknights and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends. Overnight call is primarily shared among second and third-year residents utilizing a night-float system. Fourth-year residents have limited call responsibilities during the first six months of their final year of training. Senior residents are excused from overnight call during the last six months to allow for oral board preparation. Fellows participate in ED, cross-sectional, vascular/interventional, and neuroradiology call. The Department of Imaging Sciences complies with ACGME-mandated work hour limitations. |
