Program Strengths

The major strengths of the department at the University of Rochester lie in the following subspecialty areas:

Residents receive certification in ESWL and also learn techniques such as laparoscopic surgery; microsurgery; and the use of prosthetics, lasers, and robotic equipment in urologic surgery.
