Class on Mental Health Topics for Pastoral Care

Tuesday, October 7: The Aging Well Initiative announces the beginning of the 2008 – 2009 class series on "Mental Health Topics for Pastoral Care."    The target group includes ministers, pastors, priests, rabbis, imams, deacons, cell leaders, and lay counselors who work with underserved populations, such as: ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, and poor people. Special emphasis will be given to working with communities of color.  Class meeting are the first Tuesday of every month from 7:00 -9:00 pm with the first meeting at HIS Branches/Grace Family Medicine, 342 Arnett Boulevard.
