Rochester Severe Mental Disorders Program

On behalf of the URMC Department of Psychiatry, welcome to the Rochester Severe Mental Disorders Program. As part of the Rochester Institute for Psychiatric and Behavioral Sciences, the Program is dedicated to promoting optimal treatment of severe mental disorders through the development and dissemination of new knowledge. With a special emphasis on improving community-based services for adults with severe mental disorders, the Program conducts a wide array of activities.
