Visiting the Laboratory

For specific driving directions to the University of Rochester Medical Center or the Sleep Research Lab, please contact the laboratory at 585-275-2900.

To find the Sleep Research Laboratory within the Medical Center, enter through the Strong Behavioral Health entrance (the Psychiatry entrance). Once inside this area you may go either left or right until you come to a T-junction head to your left and at the intersecting hallway turn left again. Follow this hallway until you reach the Blue elevators. Take the elevator down to level B. Upon leaving the elevator, turn left and follow this corridor down a ramp to the Laboratory.
