Case #12 Radiologic Findings:

  1. A solitary, non-calcified nodule (1.5 x 2 cm) in middle zone of left lung at the level of the 7th rib.
  2. No infiltrates or effusion noted.
  3. No rib lesions or chest wall masses.
  4. No abnormalities of the heart or mediastinum.
