| 15 y/o who fell on his back 7 months ago. Now with low back pain that radiates down his posterior thigh. He has also noted some right leg weakness, as well as intermittent numbness along his posterior thigh. He denies bowel or bladder dysfunction, weight loss, or fevers. |
