Adult Service Line APNs
The Sovie Center has management responsibility for approximately 170 APNs. Almost all of the APNs are nurse practitioners. The nurse practitioners are organized according to “Clusters” which are established by service lines.
There are numerous Clusters represented within the Sovie Center. The following list represents a partial list of the Clusters:

The Adult Service Line APN group represents a variety of practice sites and settings. The organization of the group is designed to facilitate care across the continuum. The NPs within the Center provide care to a wide variety of patients both within Strong Memorial Hospital as well as throughout the Greater Rochester area in clinic locations.

The Sovie Center is committed to providing the leadership and guidance to position the Advanced Practice Nurse Group as a national leader in patient care, discovery, teaching and learning.
Advanced Practice Nurses at the University of Rochester Medical Center provide the essential link between patients/families and the health care system.
