Gene test developed to detect bone marrow cancer

Researchers at UR Medicine are working to diagnose a rare form of cancer. 

UR Medicine and the Wilmot Cancer Center have developed a new gene test to detect a type of bone marrow cancer. Researchers say the cancer is hard to spot, but they are working to pinpoint its cause.

URMC first in region to offer HER2 FISH testing for breast cancer
