The patient is a 58-year old male smoker with a history of squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue diagnosed 2 years prior who presents with a spiculated mass, 1.4 x 1.0 cm, of the right upper lung lobe. The radiographic impression was highly suspicious for tumor. An FNA of the lung mass was performed. What is your diagnosis?
