A 38 year-old male with a history of diabetes, mild renal failure, depression, and hypertension is prescribed cisapride (Propulsid) for treatment of gastroparesis.  The patients other medications include nefazodone (Serzone), regular insulin, NPH insulin, and lisinopril (Zestril).
 

Please provide a brief response to each of the following questions using the tables of common CYP-450 substrates, inducers, and inhibitors, and your knowledge of CYP-450 system:

1. Briefly describe potential drug interaction(s) if they exist?
2. What CYP-450 enzyme(s) would be involved?
3. What mechanism(s) would be involved in the interaction (i.e., enzyme inhibition or induction)?
