ANIMAL RESOURCE ON-LINE SCHEDULING SYSTEM
The Scheduler link will allow you to schedule time in the rooms listed below. Please click on the link above, which will prompt you for a username and password. To obtain the username and password please contact the Animal Resource Office via email: animal_resource@urmc.rochester.edu and specify that you are going to use the room scheduler. Retain this username and password for future use.
Once inside the scheduler click on the room that you would like to schedule. In the scheduling box you may complete the username and password with your own individual username and password this will secure your reservation so others may not modify it. We recommend completing this step.
Please be considerate to your fellow colleagues when reserving rooms. Only reserve the rooms for the times that you intend to use them. The Animal Resource Management reserves the right to modify or change the schedule at anytime if problems arise.
