Years of thought and planning went into developing www.urmc.rochester.edu/quality and the world has started to take notice! Our decision to present quality findings in a clear, honest fashion have proven to be one of the many deciding factors in recognizing a reputable institution.... (needs help).

Our submission to the 2008 eHealthcare Leadership Awards was asked to answer the following questions:

Best Quality Communication. How well does it communicate quality measures, outcomes, and and satisfaction data? How well does it show it is following best medical practices, working to improve the quality of care, and enhancing patient safety?
