Ticketing System

In an effort to better serve you and track our issues, the Web Services Team has launched a new Ticketing System to handle support requests. All requests that normally would be sent to the Web Services email address should now be entered into our Ticketing System . You will need to be on the network to access the site. So, if you are at home, you need to be on the URMC VPN. Click here for information about connecting to the VPN.

You can log in with your regular domain username and password, and all your requests will be tied to you.

To expedite your request, remember to include the following:

  • Full web address of the file you are working on (for example, http://www.urmc.rochester.edu/sitename/filename.cfm)
  • Specific details about what issues you are having, such as error messages, or changes made.
