Dr. Tebor has provided the finest orthopaedic care for thousands of children since joining URMC Orthopedics in 1981. He chose pediatric orthopaedics over many subspecialties because of his love of children and his special ability to guide and comfort parents of children with difficult orthopaedic problems. He specializes in all aspects of pediatric orthopaedics, including neuromuscular diseases and complex deformities of hips, knees, and feet.

Dr. Tebor earned his medical degree from Albany College of Medicine and completed his orthopaedics residency at Albany Medical Center. Following his residency, he completed the Peabody Pediatric Orthopaedic Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopaedic surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Tebor is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and an Associate Professor of Orthopaedics at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He is a member of several prestigious pediatric orthopaedic societies.
