I have had the pleasure of working in the women's health field since 1999. I initially practiced in an outpatient women's health clinic in rural Western New York as a Family Nurse Practitioner. After several years, I decided to further my education and earned my Post-Master's Degree in Nurse-Midwifery from the Institute of Midwifery, Women and Health (Philadelphia,PA) in 2003.

I have been caring for women in the Rochester area since 2004. I have a special interest in working with adolescents and a strong background in gyn care. My career with the Strong Midwifery Group began in February 2007. I started per diem and gladly joined the practice full-time after the birth of our first child in June 2007.

I am a Western New York native, born and raised in Buffalo. My husband and I relocated to Rochester in 2006 to advance my midwifery career. Outside of the practice, I enjoy cooking, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Being a midwife is an amazing experience and I am so fortunate to share this precious time with the families we care for!
