1. Community Advocacy: Looking at ways to reduce violent behaviors in children with a particular focus on the Coping Power program.
2. Quality Improvement in the inpatient setting: Focusing on finding out what events lead to poor patient outcomes, and trying to implement a system to prevent these events.
3. Resident Education: Finding out if the tool that we developed last year is effective in improving the hand-off process.
