A Workplace Health Club
As a workplace health club, the Fitness & Wellness Center recognizes your need to come in, exercise, and then get back to work looking clean and professional. Showers and blow dryers are available on-site and towel service is available. A Pro Shop is also available to purchase food, drink and workout gear; to answer questions; and to arrange services.
Locker Rooms
There are separate locker rooms for men and women, with showers and toilets in Men's Locker Room 2 and in both of the Women's Locker Rooms. While you may use the locker rooms to change and bathe, a locker is not included with membership. Day lockers are not available.
Locker rentals are $3/month and you may choose your own locker; a lock is provided. We use half-height lockers to provide enough room for your work clothes, winter coats and boots, toilet articles and workout gear.
If your membership is payroll deducted, you may also payroll deduct your locker rental at $3/month. This convenient option makes your membership even more convenient, because you never have to worry about renewing your locker rental. Of course, you can cancel at any time.
Towel Service
Affordable towel service is offered to all members and their guests at 25 cents each. You can also purchase a punch card for $5.00. Once you have finished using the towels, please deposit them in the marked bins located throughout the facility.
Pro Shop
Our Pro Shop is open weekdays from 10:00am to 5:30pm. Protein bars, Water, and Gatorade are available for purchase. And if you ever forget your workout gear, we offer very reasonable prices on socks, shirts, shorts and sports bras.
The Pro Shop is where membership and payroll deduction paperwork is processed. Appointments for services, such as personal training or massage are made here. Also, dry cleaning and shoes (for repair) are dropped off and picked up in the Pro Shop.
We are pleased to accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard and Visa.
