Health Partnership Staff

Founded in 1993, as the Women's Health Partnership, the Health Partnership of Monroe County assists women and men facing barriers to optimal health. The Partnership is a unique coalition of over 40 community based agencies and 100 health care providers in Monroe County.

Mission
Through a collaboration of community partners, the Health Partnership assists women and men facing barriers to optimal health by:

• Providing access to educational, clinical and support services
  
• Engaging in research, advocacy and policy development
  

The Health Partnership is affiliated with the Center for Community Health, University of Rochester Medical Center.
