As a physician interested in preventative medicine and adolescent health care, Dr. Przystal believes that her job as a physician is to provide an environment for patients where they can comfortably and confidently share their concerns regarding all aspects that encompass their health. She continues to familiarize herself with the latest advances in medicine so she can work in partnership with her patients to make the right choices.
Dr. Przystal is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also on the faculty of the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.

She always takes my concerned very seriously even if they are sometimes beyond that of a normal person due to some recent medical problems that lead to greater than normal concern about everything. She shares in my level of concern. She answered my questions in the office, told me to call anytime over the weekend since she was the one on call, she quickly answered my questions via MyChart, she answered my questions when I called over the weekend and she even called once more to follow up and check on her.

She is very approachable and I would feel comfortable asking questions or mentioning concerns about my health. When I leave the appointment I feel we have discussed all that needs to be discussed and I have the information I need. I like being clear on the direction my numbers are headed and it helps to discuss them with someone so knowledgeable. The appointments are thorough and helpful every time.

I can't say anything bad about my experience at Caledonia Family Medical. I do know that appointments are difficult to get. I often go to urgent care for injuries when Dr. P is not available. She follows up with me after those visits outside of her care.
